Software industry has flourished in recent years in China.Software products have penetrated all aspects of people's clothing,food,housing and transportation,and people are raising the requirements for the quality of software products.Many companies now iterate rapidly on their products,especially for small and medium-sized companies,pay attention to the quality of final product and ignore the quality of process.However,process quality determines final quality.This paper dills out the research on the control of software process quality based on Multi-Objective constraint model in TD Company,based on the issues of process quality control among small companies.The research dose address the improvement of quality and customer satisfaction,and can be used in other enterprises.Firstly,analyzes the characteristics under the company's existing software process quality framework and researches the mature process quality management standard systems,optimizes the process quality system.Secondly,analyzes the problems of quality measurement under process quality system,formulates metric based on detail problems and different maturity level by studying common measurement models.Thirdly,based on the problems of quality and cost in software process management,introduces multi-objective problems and their formulations,and formulates a suitable multi-objective optimization scheme with genetic algorithm.Finally,implements process quality management to real software project,and the results of project demonstrated that both the final quality and project cost are improved significantly.At last,it summarizes the methodology and problems of implementing process quality control in TD company,and comes up new goals and requirements for future works.
