With the development of micro/nano photonics,the research on optoelectronic devices has gradually reached the micro/nano scale.However,it is difficult to accurately study the new phenomena and new effects at the micro/nano scale by the traditional macroscopic testing methods of optoelectronic devices.The purpose of this dissertation is to design a micro photocurrent synchronous measurement system,and to develop a dynamic measurement scheme of micro photocurrent image and fluorescence image of micro-nano devices on the basis of existing optical microscopy imaging,Simultaneous analysis of fluorescence and photocurrent images can distinguish the structural components of materials and explore the contribution of radiative and non-radiative recombination in materials.Because are constrained by the diffraction limit and microscopic imaging system,the imaging resolution is low,the super-resolution reconstruction based on deep learning technology,realize the image enhancement,further design image feature extraction algorithm,establish micro-area image connection,and analyzed the influence of micro-nano structure for the device performance.The main research contents of this dissertation include the following parts:1.Micro area fluorescence-photocurrent synchronous measurement system is designed,and the system is divided into micro area scanning optical current imaging function module and the microscopic fluorescence imaging function module,each module has carried on the hardware design and software design.2.The image quality enhancement technology is used to improve the image resolution.the algorithm theory of image quality enhancement technology based on spatial domain and frequency domain and super resolution is described.The photocurrent image is processed,super-resolution reconstruction technology enriches the image details and improves the resolution,which is helpful for further recognition and analysis of micro-area image information.3.Aiming at the micro-area images with different morphologies and structures,the image feature connection is established and the quantitative analysis of the influence of different structures on the electrical aspects of devices is of great significance for the research and development and optimization of optoelectronic devices.
