Bluetooth Mesh technology is a wireless communication technology based on Bluetooth Low Energy(BLE)technology and has a mesh topology capability.In the Bluetooth Mesh network,nodes communicate through managed flooding.In scenarios with high node density such as smart buildings,there are problems with excessive redundant broadcasts and serious broadcast conflicts.Therefore,optimizing the existing management flooding algorithm in the Bluetooth Mesh network has certain application significance.A Bluetooth Mesh network flooding constraint algorithm based on neighbor information clipping designed.The main content is(1)Cut redundant broadcast packets in the network through a probabilistic broadcast mechanism based on neighbor information,count the situation that the packets to be forwarded cover neighbor nodes before the random forwarding delay expires,calculate the forwarding probability,and discard some redundant broadcast packets.I broadcast.(2)By adaptively adjusting the random forwarding delay to reduce broadcast conflicts,the upper limit of random forwarding delay is calculated according to the neighbor node information covered by a certain data packet for the first time,and random forwarding delay is generated to reduce forwarding collision.In addition,a Beacon-based neighbor node information exchange mechanism for the acquisition and maintenance of neighbor node sets designed,and assists nodes in forwarding decisions.A Bluetooth Mesh network simulation system achieved on MATLAB.In simulation environment,the flooding constraint algorithm is compared with the average forwarding percentage,packet delivery rate index of the management flooding algorithm.The test results show that in the high-density scene(100 nodes),the average forwarding percentage of the flooding constraint algorithm based on neighbor information clipping is reduced from 98.00% to 62.81%,which reduces the redundant broadcast by 35.19%.In low-density(36 nodes)and high-density scenarios,the packet delivery rate is always higher than the management flooding algorithm,reaching more than95.78%.Achieving the expected design goal.It has certain value to extend the applicable range of Bluetooth Mesh network.
