Inter-organizational competition or cooperation involves resource sharing and interest maintenance of multiple stakeholders,forming a complex relationship between resource-centric interest and access control mechanisms.Build a multi-party consensus protocol through the decentralized computing model of the blockchain to resist attacks from a single party or a small number of subjects and maintain a consensus on the interests of organizations,including access to shared process information resources,operations,and access calls to computing resources,to achieve competition and cooperation between organizations fair and transparent.The thesis builds a crossorganizational boundary resource sharing model and the system design and implementation based on the Fabric consortium blockchain framework.The specific content includes:1.The decentralized model of resource sharing across organizational boundaries:the attributes of resources are extended to transactions,sharing,collaboration,supervision,and competition between organizations through the organization's access to resources and the rights and interests relationships between organizations.The behavior of participants is abstracted into transactions,and role constraints,operation constraints and consensus constraints on transactions are realized based on decentralization;consensus maintenance of organizational relationships is realized through smart contracts.Establish a complete cross-organizational resource sharing model in a decentralized environment.2.Design of cross-organizational resource sharing system based on blockchain:Representing the business process of cross-organizational resource sharing system in a decentralized system.Build a decentralized system architecture based on blockchain technology,use smart contracts to realize the subject's consensus on the way of accessing the resource state and the rights and obligations in the sharing process,and combine cryptographic methods to perform identity verification and permission control during access operations.3.Implementation and testing of the prototype system: Based on Hyperledger Fabric,smart contracts and cryptography methods,a cross-organizational boundary resource sharing system is constructed to realize resource sharing services across organizations.After testing the system,the usability,robustness,stability and resistance to tampering of the system have been verified.
