The attention of Internet silver-haired people is increasing, but the middle-aged people who are also“Digital immigrants”are still neglected. At the same time, many middle aged people are in Sub-optimal health, and intellectuals are dying young. Therefore,it is of great significance to study the influential factors of perceived information credibility of middle-aged and senior intellectuals in network health preservation.Based on the literature review, this study found that the relationship strength and information consistency of these two factors are controversial in the conclusions of the existing research, and then used the interview method to summarize the targeted factors, these two factors were found to be frequently mentioned in the interviews.Based on this, the paper constructs the influencing factor model according to the possible model of precision machining, collects the data through the questionnaire survey method, uses the descriptive analysis, the correlation analysis, the regression analysis and the multi-layer regression analysis, launches the research to the related question. It was found that the credibility of information sources had the greatest influence on the perception of credibility of information about health preservation, and the strong judgment of information quality significantly affected the perception of credibility of information about health preservation, although the influence of relationship intensity was weak,it still played a positive role, and the source credibility was not influenced by self-efficacy.To this end, four targeted countermeasures are put forward: first,to enhance the credibility of information sources,to introduce market-oriented mechanisms,to establish information source management programs;second,to improve the quality of information,to strengthen cross-industry cooperation, and to build a quality evaluation system;and third,to pay attention to relationship links, fourth, focus on the group itself, strengthen “Weak connection”,expand knowledge reserves, and improve health information literacy.
