Text And Visual Interaction Technology In Quality Data Analysis Platform

With the proposal of "industry 4.0" in Germany,"industrial Internet" in the United States,and "made in China 2025",data has been regarded as the core of promoting the transformation of traditional manufacturing industry to intelligence.Mining the hidden knowledge from massive data has attracted great attention of academia and industry.However,the application of professional quality data analysis algorithms and analysis tools is difficult,and it is easy to form knowledge application barriers,and it is difficult to understand the decision-making knowledge contained in quality data.Therefore,it is necessary to build a quality data integration and visualization service system for the whole product life cycle and the whole process,and establish a quality data integration and analysis platform.In the research process of quality data integration analysis platform,the form of displaying data analysis results through text description or visual chart is too single to fully express the hidden information of quality data.Therefore,this paper combines automatic text generation method with data visualization technology,and realizes interactive data analysis report by using text and visualization chart,so as to help users explore data visualization.The specific research contents are as follows:Build the quality data integration and visualization service system of the whole process of the product life cycle.Quality data integration and analysis platform is a big data analysis tool integrating data fast access,visualization exploration,mining analysis and data visualization,which can effectively help users mine the value hidden in massive data.The text automatic generation technology in the integrated analysis platform of quality data.In order to solve the problem that traditional visual expression is single and can not express the hidden information of quality data completely,the text automatic generation technology is introduced to add text description to the visualization chart automatically,so as to enhance the user's understanding of quality data.This paper adopts two different text generation solutions.On the one hand,templates are defined in structured text files,which contain natural language statements for simpler variables.On the other hand,the natural language sentence generation is designed and implemented on the basis of the standard pipeline model.Image text interaction technology based on mini graph.Because users need to jump between the text and visualization,which leads to the problem of distraction,this paper proposes a graphic interaction technology based on mini graph.The mini graph is embedded in the text,and the interactive data analysis report is generated through the interactive link between text and visual graph,which helps users to further explore the data visualization.In addition,filter functions are defined to select the visually highlighted elements of the visual chart.Finally,the two technologies proposed in this paper are applied to the quality data integration analysis platform.This paper focuses on the interactive data analysis report generated for specific quality management applications to help enterprises realize the decision-making basis of continuous quality improvement.Finally,taking the engineering quality management of an enterprise's manufacturing workshop as an example,the application of the intelligent workshop quality data integration analysis platform is verified.The results show that the platform realizes the intelligent manufacturing with quality as the core,and the interactive analysis report realizes the user's visual exploration of data.
