As a branch of artificial intelligence and computer linguistics,natural language generation(NLG)is an important research direction of the development of artificial intelligence in China.According to different types of input data,it can be divided into text generation based on data,text and visual signals,so as to automatically generate high-quality human understandable documents or reports.With the rapid development of the era of big data,environmental information has increasingly become an important force to promote the development of productivity.China collects and analyzes a large number of environmental information data,and how to make full use of these data is an urgent task.In this paper,NLG technology is combined with numerical data,using the national acoustic environment functional area monitoring data and Sanjiangyuan ecological environmental protection data to develop a Chinese text automatic generation system for numerical data.Through this system,we can enhance the theoretical and technical support of numerical data to text generation,and promote the continuous development of Chinese text generation in China.Firstly,this paper analyzes the research background of NLG and the research status at home and abroad,summarizes the shortcomings of numerical data in the construction of text generation system,and combines the actual user needs with the construction of the system.In the development process,the system follows the standard software development process,and each stage of development is introduced in detail.In the system requirements analysis,the functional module requirements analysis and text corpus analysis are carried out.In the aspect of system implementation,the lightweight SSM framework is adopted,and MySQL relational database is used for data storage.In the aspect of data to text generation technology,document planning,micro planning,text implementation and other steps are introduced and implemented in detail.At last,we test the function modules of users with different rights,and use the method of human based evaluation to test the text evaluation.Through this design,the system basically meets the user's requirements in function and the quality of the generated text can meet the user's quality requirements for the text.The implementation of this system has certain theoretical significance and reference value for the research of NLG system in China,and has a good prospect of application and expansion.
