With the continuous advancement of our country's industrialization and the expansion of the coal industry,the demand for loading,unloading and transportation of mineral resources is also increasing.As the main means of transportation in large mining areas,Mining Dump Truck plays an important role in coal mining activities.After years of development in the domestic mining dump truck industry,many products have reached the international advanced level in terms of technology and functions.The technology and functions of the product have not been able to obtain a clear competitive advantage alone,and user's focus has shifted more to the aesthetic and connotation of the product.It has become an important industry research trend to analyze users' demand for perceptual image of Mining Dump Truck.As the carrier of product visual inshapeation,product shape is a key factor for consumers to make consumption decisions.Therefore,in order to better meets people's emotional needs for the product shape of Mining Dump Truck and reduce the design generation gap caused by cognitive differences between designers and users,this paper discusses the relationship between the product shape elements of Mining Dump Truck and the perceptual image of users,to generate a set of perceptual image design methods suitable for the shape of Mining Dump Truck.Based on the related theories of product perceptual image,this paper proposes a design method to assist in the design of mining dump truck shape by constructing a quantitative model between product shape elements and user perceptual image.Firstly,use the morphological analysis method to analyze the product shape of Mining Dump Truck,obtain important product shape parts of Mining Dump Truck through user research,and extract their shape feature lines to summarize their shape design elements.Secondly,Screen the perceptual image semantics and product samples of Mining Dump Truck collected from the Internet,related books and documents,Allow users to evaluate the perceptual image semantics of product samples,through the factor analysis of semantic evaluation value to obtain The representational perceptual image semantics of mining dump truck.Then,make a quantitatively analysis of the perceptual image of the shape elements of mining dump truck based on the quantitative type I theory,obtain the correlation data between the two.According to the results of the quantitative analysis,generate suggestions for the shape design of Mining Dump Truck conshapeing to different perceptual images.Finally,based on the shape design suggestions under different perceptual image semantics,carry out the design practice of SANY mining dump truck.Allow users to evaluate the perceptual image of the design scheme,which verifies the effectiveness of the design method for the shape design of Mining Dump Truck.Through the quantitative analysis of the perceptual image of the product shape of Mining Dump Truck,this paper constructs a set of perceptual image design methods suitable for the shape of Mining Dump Truck,which has certain guiding significance and application value for the design of Mining Dump Truck.
