Along with the country the encouragement of independent innovation andinvestment, the core control unit of electric wheel dump truck into continuously theindependent research and development and localization stage. So far,The core part ofelectric control system of AC Electric wheel dump truck are imported from abroad,monopolied by foreign countries, and it is the expensive price. This paper focuses onelectric control system of154T AC electric wheel dump truck about designingMaster plate and trigger plate of Microcomputer-based excitation, researched onConventional PI excitation control and fuzzy adaptive PI excitation control, andcompared with two excitation control mode simulation; According to the electroniccontrol system’s characteristics of the electric wheel dump truck choose the SVPWMto contol variable frequency speed regulation, and according to the phenomenon oftorque ripple in the actual debugging process, Analysis of the reasons for cause torqueripple,and solution was putted up, And introducing this method for simulationcompared of variable frequency speed.First,This paper introduced situation and the development trend of electric wheeldump truck, and the composition of its electrical control system is also be described.Then,the composition of microcomputer excitation control box is introduced and thedesign of the main control board and trigger board are described, the basic theoryabout conventional PI excitation control and fuzzy adaptive PI control was introduced,According to the nonlinear excitation characteristics of the electric wheel dump truck,Analysis of both control advantages and disadvantages,fuzzy adaptive PI excitationcontrol is believed for more suitable for the dump truck excitation control,And build aSimulink model for simulation; theoretical knowledge was described aboutmathematical model of asynchronous motor,And introduced the principle of SPWMand SVPWM control algorithm, combined with electric drive control features ofelectric wheel dump truck,choosed the algorithm of SVPWM to variable frequencyspeed regulation, the cause of the torque ripple was Analysised,and design a kind ofmethod of compensation effect of dead zone reducing torque ripple.In addition, Using Simulink to build a simulation model about using SVPWMcontrol algorithm to control variable frequency speed regulation,and simulation, Andanalysis of stator current waveform at the zero,crossing of the peak waveformdistortion and electric wheel torque ripple; Then a way to modify the motor parameters of the simulation model, to imitate the motor parameters changce of theactual operation, and a simulation.About the dead time compensation module, and itintroduces a simulation model for the simulation, the simulation results show that thestator current and torque waveforms after the introduction of dead time compensationhas been noticeably improved. Design of excitation control circuit, the part offrequency conversion control circuit and the excitation control, frequency conversioncontrol software.Finally, this paper introduces simulation test of the generator excitation controlof the electric wheel dump truck,and building the electronic control systemexperimental platform and working simulate experiments, and the experimentalresults are analyzed.
