Augmented Reality is a technology that ingeniously integrates digital information with the physical world,which use digital content to enrich the real environment and bring users a sensory experience beyond reality.It is one of the frontiers of innovative technologies in contemporary,and is a very promising industry.It's mainly used in business field at present,but isn't profitable in consumer market,the functions of products are relatively simple,the experience is not good,and the profit cannot be sustained.Compared with the traditional two-dimensional interface design,the interactive behavior in the real three-dimensional world is more complicated,the implementation difficulty and cost are higher,there are less systematic research,the mature design specification is lacking,and there are certain technical thresholds,and designers need to know a lot of technical knowledge.This topic is derived from the joint project of Unity China and Sense Time.This project aims to allow developers to deeply participate in the new AI+AR ecosystem and use the SDK to create AR applications.The author with students in Studio participate in the project and designed an AR application called "Spark Park".This application is used when traveling by high-speed rail,it brings users interesting experiences such as AR travel check-in,virtual model preview,and AR editing.In this thesis,a desktop survey of augmented reality is conducted to know the technical principles,development status and trends,and then find design opportunities,finally aimed at mobile AR application design used in traveling,and choose high-speed rail stations as MVP version target.We investigate users' pain points and demands through user research when traveling,as well as their acceptance and willingness in augmented reality,and then use AR to meet users' demands.We analyzed the augmented reality design system and some AR scene cases,then summarize the spatial design strategies in information content,information layout,and interaction.We conduct competitive analysis of related applications,then summarized design strategies in interactive guidance,interactive feedback,interactive operation and fault-tolerant design.In Spark Park App,users can experience true preview and virtual preview,and interact through Kong Ming lights.They can also decorate their own domain dimension through the built-in editor.AR can bring more fun and creativity to travel check-in.The augmented reality experience measurement system is summarized from the behavior,emotion and the cognition level,verified by usability testing,and then optimize design based on the feedback.The research in this thesis has produced an augmented reality design strategy and experience measurement system,which provide guidance for subsequent AR designers in design and effect verification.The research build a bilateral market between advertisers and travelers by AR advertising in travel consumption scenarios to gain profit,which brings users a fun travel AR check-in experience,and at the same time attracts new customers for advertisers and promote regional economic development.
