The laser gyroscope is the core component of strapdown inertial navigation,and its performance is related to whether the inertial navigation can work normally.Therefore,testing gyro performance and screening out qualified gyros is of great significance to the reliability of inertial navigation.The current detection system has insufficient detection items,low detection efficiency and low degree of automation,and cannot meet the future needs for gyro maintenance.Based on the above problems,this paper designs a laser gyro performance testing system with comprehensive testing items,high testing efficiency and high degree of automation.The system can detect performance indicators such as laser gyro bias,random walk coefficient,and gyro working parameters.The system is composed of test platform,acquisition control box and software.The test platform provides working conditions for the gyro.The acquisition control box completes the test platform working condition parameter sampling,control,and communication with the software.The software realizes data processing and storage,gyro testing and communication with the hardware.The test platform part designed a gyro high-voltage power supply circuit,which can output 1k V DC voltage.According to the small signal modeling method,the circuit mathematical model is established,the transfer function is derived,the Bode diagram is drawn,and the compensation link transfer function is obtained according to the zero-pole compensation principle.The platform simulation verification results show that the circuit has excellent dynamic performance and small ripple voltage after compensation.The acquisition control box includes filtering,sampling,communication,and main control circuits.The filtering circuit filters out signal noise.The sampling circuits are designed according to the type of electrical signals to ensure acquisition accuracy.After sampling,the signal is transmitted to the main control circuit,which completes the AD conversion and integration of the data and transmits it to the software via the RS-485 communication circuit.The software is developed for the Lab VIEW platform,including test software and pulse counting software.The test software is used to collect user instructions,execute test procedures,monitor system operating conditions in real time,output test results and store test data;pulse counting software uses NI-DAQ and NI-PCI capture card counts the number of dual-channel pulses through the orthogonal encoding method,and designs a filter to filter out the jitter frequency components in the counting sequence,and obtain a high-precision zero offset value according to the filtered result.After the system is jointly adjusted,the various performances of the testing system meet the technical indicators,and the gyro is fully tested,and the results obtained can evaluate the performance of the gyro.The system realizes the requirements for comprehensive inspection items,high inspection efficiency and high degree of automation for the gyro,which can meet the needs of enterprises for gyro maintenance in the future and achieve the expected goals.
