Research On Scientific Research Data Governance Model From The Perspective Of Open Data Maturity

The quick development of information technology improves the rapid growth of data,data standards,data quality,data security and other problems are also associated with it,the traditional data management research of data has become increasingly difficult to foster user acceptance.On the basis of the state's encouragement to accelerate the modernization of governance system and governance capacity,combined with the high-quality data needs of current data users,data governance came into being.As an important data to to speed up the development of science and technology,scientific research data need to be governed and controlled comprehensively to fundamentally meet the needs of scientific research.First of all,through the analysis of relevant literature,this paper concretely understands the basic situation of the current research in this area,and lists the concepts and theories involved in the research.At the same time,it uses the literature analysis method and the network survey method to analyze the domestic and foreign data maturity models,and on this basis,divides the scientific research data open maturity level into five levels.Using qualitative analysis and literature analysis,and with the help of NVIVO12 software to carry out the coding work on the important documents of scientific research data governance,the primary factors of scientific research data governance are proposed.Then through the questionnaire survey method,using SPSS software to evaluate the importance of the elements obtained from the preliminary screening,and finally form 7 main categories and 24sub-categories.Finally,based on the work of the previous chapters,a scientific research data governance model based on open data maturity is constructed,and the scientific research data governance work corresponding to each maturity level is analyzed,and the open research data platform of Peking University is taken as an example.The application of the model is discussed,the current maturity of open data is explored,and corresponding scientific research data governance measures are proposed.
