With the rapid development of mobile communication technology,the fifth generation communication system is developing towards the direction of network diversification,integration and intelligence,which propose higher requirements on data transmission rate,transmission delay,connection number and reliability of the service,and some new multicarrier technologies have been propose one after another.Among them,generalized frequency division multiplexing(GFDM)overcomes the limitation of orthogonal frequency division multiplexing(OFDM)and have many advantages,such as flexible data block structure,low peak average power ratio and high spectrum utilization.Focusing on the new multi-carrier technology,this paper study the synchronization technology and channel estimation technology of GFDM,and builds a test and verification platform of GFDM communication system by using software defined radio equipment.The main research contents of this paper are as follows:1?Based on the theory of new multi-carrier technology,the data block structure,the principle of modulation and demodulation and the design of prototype filter of GFDM are studied.The performance of GFDM system,such as power spectral density,bit error rate and modulation complexity,is analyzed by numerical simulation.In addition,the system architecture of other new multi-carrier technologies are introduced briefly.2?Based on the theory and algorithm of GFDM system synchronization,the influence of symbol timing deviation and carrier synchronization deviation on the bit error rate of GFDM system is analyzed.In addition,two types of GFDM synchronization schemes are studied,and improved algorithms are proposed respectively to improve the synchronization accuracy and reduce the computational complexity of the receiver while ensuring the accuracy of the estimation error.Finally,the simulation software is used to verify the two proposed schemes.3?Based on the theory and algorithm of channel estimation in GFDM system,the pilot frequency insertion mode and applicable scenarios,Tx-IC algorithm and Pilot-IC algorithm in flat fading channel are studied,and the improvement scheme is proposed.The channel estimation algorithm based on non-interference pilot insertion in frequency selection fading channel is analyzed,which greatly improves the accuracy of channel estimation.Finally,the simulation software is used to verify the above algorithm.4?The test and verification platform of GFDM communication system based on Yun SDR Y550 is built.In the actual channel condition,the proposed synchronization algorithm and channel estimation algorithm are tested through experiments,and the timing synchronization estimation and the system bit error rate are analyzed and compared.The experimental results show that the proposed GFDM synchronization algorithm can still maintain good performance in the actual channel.
