With the rapid development of new media technology,companies fully seize the opportunity to set up since the media matrix,with a large user base,characteristics such as wide coverage,WeChat public platform quickly be concerned,enterprises as an important channel,and to implement the transformation medicalization,to attract the audience,to enhance competitiveness.However,state-owned enterprises obviously lag behind other types of enterprises in the promotion of wechat public numbers,and there are still many deficiencies in the construction and operation of the platform.To this end,the article selected state-owned enterprises WeChat public as the main object of study,with the help of a "5W model" basic elements,combined with media important theory,from the technical development,the audience demand,researches in media ecology level,and by means of case study method,questionnaire survey and other research methods,explore the state-owned enterprises WeChat public operating status and communication effect,Summarize the characteristics,advantages and disadvantages of state-owned enterprises in the operation of wechat public number in the process,and try to put forward optimization strategies for weak links,to further promote the better development of State-Owned enterprises wechat public number.The first part of the paper discusses the influence of media environment on the role change and communication channel of state-owned enterprises in the process of constant innovation of media technology from three aspects of technology development,audience demand and media ecology.The second part,taking the public account "Dagang Oil Link" as an example,conducts research from the aspects of topic selection,editing and typesetting,analyzes the general situation of the operation and development of the public account,analyzes the causes of backwardness,and summarizes the merits.In this part,the author also summarized,summarized and analyzed the management of State-Owned enterprises' wechat public accounts from the aspects of content framing construction,update frequency and system division of labor through questionnaire survey.The third part,through to the WeChat number"port of oil well informed public communication strategy analysis,to explore how under the new media communication mechanism,combined with their own unique value,in order to solve the present existing problems and seek for the long-term development,hope to all state-owned enterprises in transition in the development of the next operation help,for reference.
