Research On The Impact Of Internet Transition On Corporate Financial Performance

In the traditional doctor-patient model,patients are placed in a passive position,and doctors are in a dominant position.Patients generally lack the awareness of prevention in advance.In the course of treatment,the patient experience is poor due to the unequal relationship formed between the two parties.There is no follow-up service after the diagnosis and treatment is completed and the patient's condition can not be followed.The emergence of Internet medicine can effectively solve these problems.Therefore,the transformation of traditional medical care into Internet medical treatment is also in full swing in China.Among them,Tonghua Dongbao successfully achieved the transformation of the Internet in 2016.However,Internet medical companies have not really overturned traditional medical care,they have to face the first is how to make profits,how to survive,through the capital winter.Therefore,it is very important to study the impact of Internet transformation on company's financial performance.Tonghua Dongbao is a typical representative of the transformation of Internet medical companies.This paper takes this as the research subject,adopts literature analysis method,comparative analysis method,etc.,and combines the long-tail theory and the new barrel theory theory to analyze the financial performance after the transformation of Tonghua Dongbao Internet.It is measured,and the impact of the transformation of business model after Internet transformation is analyzed.Based on the industry background and national policy of Tonghua Dongbao,this paper first introduces the characteristics of the company in combination with the Internet medical industry,including its background,motivation,basic conditions and the realization path of transformation.Secondly,the case analysis method and financial index comparison analysis method are used to analyze the financial performance of Tonghua Dongbao before and after the transformation.Finally,it is concluded that Tonghua Dongbao has a positive impact on the company's financial performance after the transformation of the Internet.Then the paper analyzes the factors influencing the sustainable growth rate of tonghua tongbao,and finds that the main reason for the decrease of sustainable growth rate after tonghua tongbao transition is the decrease of total assets turnover rate.In addition,through the analysis of this case,the following suggestions are put forward: optimizing the cost control environment of the enterprise,strengthening asset management,improving operational efficiency,differentiating operations online and offline,enhancing safety and security,and improving user experience.After the analysis,it is revealed that Tonghua Dongbao has positive impact on the financial performance of the company after the transformation of the Internet and this case has set a benchmark for the medical industry.Finally,we hope that through the example,we can make some realistic supplement to our theoretical research and provide some reference for other practitioners who want to realize the transformation of the Internet.
