Cloud manufacturing is a new service-oriented networked manufacturing model,which connects the widely distributed manufacturing resources and capabilities to the cloud manufacturing platform and transforms them into manufacturing services through cloud computing,Internet of Things,virtualization and servitization technologies,so as to meet the manufacturing needs of consumers.Industrial robot is an important manufacturing resource in cloud manufacturing.Remote monitoring of industrial robot is an inevitable requirement for the realization of cloud manufacturing functions and the provision of ondemand manufacturing services to consumers.However,the traditional industrial robot monitoring system has problems such as limited application,relatively single functions,low flexibility and scalability,and it is difficult to meet the characteristics of remote access to wide-area resources and multi-role user participation in cloud manufacturing.In response to the above problems,this thesis uses the intelligent grasping process of assembly-oriented industrial robots as the monitoring scene,and designs and develops a cloud manufacturing industrial robot remote monitoring system.The main research contents include:(1)Combined with the intelligent grasping requirements in cloud manufacturing,an intelligent grasping algorithm for industrial robot based on deep reinforcement learning was designed and implemented,and the algorithm was verified by simulation in a virtual environment and application verification in a real environment so as to realize the intelligent grasping of target workpiece for industrial robot.(2)Aiming at the intelligent grasping scene of industrial robot,focusing on the monitoring needs of different roles in cloud manufacturing,the requirements of the remote monitoring system of cloud manufacturing industrial robot are analyzed from both functional and nonfunctional aspects.Besides,the overall system framework,logic structure,microservice architecture and database of system are designed.(3)On the basis of system requirement analysis and overall design,the specific design and implementation of micro-service function modules such as user management,online training,video monitoring and data monitoring in the system are detailed descripted in the form of UML class diagrams,flowcharts,sequence diagrams,etc.And through system testing to verify the developed system,to ensure the feasibility and effectiveness of the designed system.The test results indicate that the system developed in this thesis can realize remote monitoring of the intelligent grasping process of industrial robot,and meet the monitoring needs of platform operators,resource providers and service users in cloud manufacturing.Remote monitoring of the industrial robot can effectively improve the controllability and transparency of the robot's working process,and improve the quality of the robot's work.This work has made a preliminary attempt on the research of cloud manufacturing remote monitoring system,which is expected to have a positive impact on the subsequent further development and design,and can also accelerate and promote the development and application of cloud manufacturing to a certain extent.
