The display screen's ability to present colorful colors depends on the internal color filter devices,and the production of color filters is inseparable from the black matrix(BM).In recent years,with the further development of LCD panel display technology,such as the emergence of a new generation of screens(full screens),screen borders have become narrower and narrower;people's demand for screen pattern resolution and refinement has become higher and higher;In the manufacturing process,the black matrix is coated and produced as the first process.Therefore,the black matrix not only undergoes cleaning and high-temperature baking during its own manufacturing,but also undergoes multiple cleaning and high-temperature baking during the subsequent production of color photoresist.Baking process;the black matrix needs to always play a role on the color filter,once it falls off,the entire color filter will lose its function,affecting the service life of the electronic device.All the above factors have a higher level of demand for the performance of the black matrix(especially the adhesion performance).The thesis explores the methods that can improve the adhesion of the black matrix by studying the process flow and formula components of the black matrix.The main work is as follows:1.Explore the influence of different process parameter changes in the process flow(coating,VCD,pre-bake,expose,development,post-bake on the adhesion,and find ways to improve the adhesion of the black matrix.Through experiments and practical application feasibility exploration,it is found that reducing the post-bake temperature and shortening the post-bake time has certain feasibility to improve the adhesion of the black matrix.2.Explore the influence of resin type and molecular weight,monomer type,initiator type and content,color paste type,additive content,etc.on the adhesion of the black matrix in the formula components,and find ways to improve the adhesion of the black matrix.Through experiments and practical application feasibility studies,it is found that the use of siloxane-modified acrylic resin and epoxy resin is a practical and effective way to improve adhesion,and the improvement effect of epoxy resin is the most obvious.3.Explore the properties of the black matrix when siloxane-modified acrylic resin and epoxy resin are mixed with bisphenol fluorene resin in different proportions,and find a formula ratio that can effectively improve the adhesion of the black matrix without affecting other properties of the black matrix.Experiments have found that when the siloxane-modified acrylic resin accounts for 20%-30%of the mixing ratio,the formula components when the epoxy resin accounts for 20%-30%of the mixing ratio can significantly improve the black matrix adhesion and It can take into account the characteristics of the black matrix size,impedance,morphology,developability,shading,sensitivity and other properties consistent with the original formula,which can meet actual production needs.
