With the development and innovation of electronic technology,electronic equipment has gradually shown the characteristics of miniaturization and integration.In a limited space,different devices of the same system will have EMC problems due to space layout and frequency resource occupation,which requires the equipment to have higher EMC performance.In order to standardize military equipment,our country has successively promulgated a series of military equipment EMC performance standards represented by GJB151 B.However,due to the large number of items in GJB151 B and the unit and purpose of different items are different,which makes it difficult to directly compare and analyze the test results.The result of a single test item lacks quantitative analysis,and it is impossible to propose an improved design plan.Due to high equipment requirements and long testing time for RS105 item,it is difficult for most testing institutions and laboratories to meet the requirements.Therefore,on the basis of combining relevant standards and typical electronic equipment,this article proposes a set of feasible equipment performance Quantitative analysis method,and predicts the test results of complex items,which has important guiding significance for the development and improvement of electronic products.In view of the lack of conventional EMC testing quantitative analysis and performance prediction of equipment,this paper proposes a feasible performance evaluation and prediction method.First of all,this paper analyzes key electromagnetic characteristics such as the essence of the standard test,the type of test interference source,and the coupling path of the equipment based on the GJB151 B test standard and typical electronic equipment,and clarifies the key evaluation elements of the equipment.Secondly,this paper combines the Multi-Attribute Decision Theory to establish the equipment EMC test performance evaluation system,puts forward specific quantitative formulas and performs data quantification based different index characteristics,constructs a judgment matrix according to the ANP method to obtain the index weight vector,and use TOPSIS method to comprehensively analysis the EMC test performance of the equipment,and realize the sequencing of different test schemes and determine the weak items.Finally,based on field-line coupling theory,electromagnetic norm theory,combined with coupling path analysis and simulation analysis,This paper proposes RS105 immunity performance estimation method and realizes the analysis of the equipment's RS105 antiinterference performance based on the conventional EMC test results,and provides a basis for predicting the equipment's ability to resist HEMP interference in the project.
