Nowadays battlefield electronic environment is increasingly complex and changeable.The traditional mode of single radar deployment has great limitations in data processing,continuous tracking,detection and other aspects,such as incomplete detection coverage,untimely warning,tracking target loss and so on.Therefore,in order to meet the detection coverage requirements of radar in frequency domain,spatial domain and time domain,different polarization modes,applicable frequency bands and operation modes are adopted under the unified dispatching of the control center,all radars operate efficiently and cooperatively to complete the early warning,detection,positioning and tracking of targets in the radar power coverage network.There are many kinds of radar networking tasks,but the conventional main task is to guard the radar responsibility area and track the target route.It is urgent to find the optimal control method.Therefore,the two tasks will be studied to explore how to efficiently allocate radar network resources and solve the problem of radar control according to the requirements of operational tasks.In this paper,the mission of radar to the area of responsibility support and the mission of target route tracking are studied,and the radar control model is established.The model will be evaluated and verified in the specific training evaluation system,which can not only improve the efficiency and quality of completing the support and tracking tasks,but also reduce the resources of radar network and save the cost of resources through two scenarios.The first scenario is to establish a radar network model according to the principle of optimal deployment of radar network for regional responsibility support.In order to make up for the shortcomings of traditional genetic algorithm such as too many iterations and local optimization,the genetic algorithm is improved.The immune genetic algorithm is introduced and simulated to verify the feasibility and superiority of immune genetic algorithm for optimal deployment of radar network.The experimental simulation will improve the efficiency of the radar area of responsibility and reduce the overall cost of the radar network system.The second scenario aims to guarantee the tracking task of the target route.In the task,each radar has different resource requirements at each time,so it is necessary to allocate and adjust resources according to different resource cost requirements of each radar,so as to optimize the tracking performance of radar networking system.It can not only complete the support tracking task of the system,but also minimize the overall cost when the network system participates in the support tracking task.Through the research and Simulation of the two radar networking task scenarios with the most practical applications,it can improve the efficiency of the whole combat mission support,alert,tracking,reduce the system expenditure of the whole radar networking,improve the saving rate of system nodes,and apply it to the actual project production.
