As a new type of radar,distributed multiple-input multiple-output(MIMO)radar has a big advantage of overcoming radar cross section(RCS)fluctuating and anti-interference.With far-flung antennas,the performance of MIMO radar relies on the positions of its radar antennas to a large extent.Without optimizing the deployment of radar antennas,the performance of radar system will be limited.The deployment of distributed MIMO radar needs to consider all the positions of its antennas,which is a complicated high-dimensional question.Having an advantage of solving high-dimensional question,the deployment of distributed MIMO radar based on the intelligence algorithm becomes a research hotspot of scholars at home and abroad.The deployment environment of radar system in existing study has not effectively considered the changing monitor demand and used the big data information about radar network,so these studies are difficult to satisfy the actual battlefield demand.For satisfying the actual deployment demand,this paper has studied the deployment of distributed MIMO radar based on complicated environment and big data with using intelligence algorithm as follows:1.Aiming at the deployment problem of distributed MIMO radar,we built the optimization model through taking coverage as objective function.By decentralizing the monitor area into a number of small resolution cells,we defined that the resolution cell is covered when its detection probability exceeds the threshold values.Besides that,we derived the analytical expressions of detection probability.2.Aiming at the changing monitoring demand,we proposed a fast dynamic deployment method of distributed MIMO radar,and we compared it with exhaustive method in calculated amount.Simulation experiment confirmed that the method we proposed has an excellent deployment result and owns a huge advantage in calculated amount compared with exhaustive method.3.Aiming at complicated deployment environment,we have studied the method of obtaining environment background data including elevation data and urban planning data et al.Based on this,we proposed a deployment method of distributed MIMO radar based on the data and clarified the effectiveness of the method through simulation experiment.4.Aiming at movement rule of monitoring targets,we have studied the improvement method of the accuracy of target heat area.We proposed a deployment method of distributed MIMO radar based on heat area and clarified the effectiveness of the method through simulation experiment.The validity of all the proposed algorithms and performance analysis have been proved by simulation results,which show that the algorithms we proposed have great practical significance on the actual deployment demand.
