The ceramic resonator filter(CRF)is an important part in the 5th genernation communications.The machining precision of CRF relates to its installation and the selection and control of the signal frequency in the communications link.This article focuses on the accurate mearsurement of the three-dimensional size of the CRF.Because the construction of CRF is complex and the locations to be tested is too much,this article build a monocular three-dimension(3D)measurement system based on surface structural light of projected fringe patterns to obtain 3D point cloud data of CRF.After the analysis of the automated 3D measurement technology at home and abroad,choose the types of the machines and build the system with the combination of the CRF structure features.Get the cloud data of CRF from the system built before.To obtain the absolute phase value of every pixel,the gray-code and phase-shifting algorithm is used to encode and decode the projected fringe patterns after building the monocular measurement system besed on the projection fringe.Then caculate the 3D point cloud data of CRF by the triangulation relationship of the projector,the camera and the measured object.Design a complete process algorithm to the three-dimensional size based on the 3D point cloud data of CRF.The algorithm realizes the automatically receive of the point cloud data of the measured positions and the sequential output.So the height of holes in the surface of the ceramic substrate,the flatness and the coplanarity of the printed circuit board(PCB)can be automatically measured.According to the analysis of experimental data,it can be known that the absolute error about the holes height in the surface of the ceramic substrate is within ±15?m and the absolute error about the flatness and the coplanarity of the PCB is within ±10?m.At the same time,the expanded uncertainty of measuring result about the holes-height in the surface of the ceramic substrate,the flatness and the coplanarity of the PCB are all within 10?m after analysing the the stability of the system.
