The rapid development of science and technology has shortened the innovation process of science and technology,which in turn has placed higher demands on patents and scientific papers related to emerging technologies,i.e.to enable extensive search,accurate research and visualisation,to efficiently identify the development trend of emerging technology patents and scientific papers,as well as to clarify the correlation and evolution trend between various topics of emerging technologies,thus providing support for enterprises,technology It also provides support for enterprises,R&D institutions and other institutions to track the development of technology and provide support for future R&D directions.However,due to the limitations of modeling algorithms,patent and scientific paper data processing tools,there are studies on the evolution of technological topics such as scientific papers and patents based on literature analysis,citation analysis and intelligence,but most of the existing literature lacks studies on the evolution of topics and interaction patterns between them.The rapid changes in science and technology have led to an increasing refinement of the factors affecting technological innovation,and at the same time,the demand for deeper and more accurate research on future technological trends has increased.In view of this,this paper identifies the themes of scientific and technical papers and patent literature and visualises the related themes based on the theme association perspective of papers and patent data.Finally,a theme evolution path is constructed based on the association relationship between the relevant themes,and a mapping of the evolution of science and technology themes is drawn,while the validity of this study is verified by taking the science and technology interaction pattern in the field of lithium-ion batteries as an example.By exploring the correlation between patents and journal articles in the technical field,this paper achieves a more fine-grained analysis of the interaction pattern of science and technology,which is conducive to accurately grasping the interaction pattern of science and technology,and then accurately determining the direction of technological development with innovation potential to efficiently guide enterprises in their scientific and technological innovation activities.In addition,the results of the BERT-LDA model-based study on the evolution of lithium-ion battery technology topic association show that the development of patents and journal articles in the field of lithium-ion battery technology shows the characteristics of frequent and close interaction between technology fields,but the development focus of each technology field is different at different times,and the scientific and technological papers show the characteristics of stage development,which is closely related to industry policies,enterprise technology development direction,etc.This is closely related to industry policies and the direction of enterprise technology development.
