With the rapid development of WIFI technology,present WIFI technology has greatly improved both in terms of transmission rate and transmission delay,but the shortcomings of rapid signal attenuation and high frame error rate of wireless links cannot be fundamentally rooted settle,which makes the user experience at the edge of WIFI signal coverage drop sharply.Nowadays,the boost in WIFI transmission rate has increased the demand for high-throughput services such as 8K and VR.In order to ensure the user experience,such services often use the TCP protocol for reliable transmission.However,as the most widely used transport layer protocol on the Internet,the TCP protocol was originally designed for wired networks.Therefore,its performance is not satisfactory in WIFI scenarios with high frame error rates and large transmission delays.The home network can provide family members with a stable and convenient way to access the network,which has become a typical scenario for WIFI technology applications.As an innovative home optical network solution,FTTR(Fiber to the Room)can have significant effects in solving WIFI coverage and business bandwidth,has also become an important research part of the fifth-generation fixed network(F5G),and is bound to become the focus of future development research.Therefore,the study of TCP service performance in FTTR scenarios has important practical significance and research value.This thesis analyzes and studies the following three aspects of TCP services in the home network environment.The first part is aimed at the edge scenario of home WIFI,analyzes the reasons for the degradation of the TCP performance of users at the edge of the WIFI signal coverage,proposes an optimization scheme design,and experimentally verified the effectiveness of the optimization scheme;The second part is based on the considerable benefits of the TCP proxy algorithm in edge scenarios,combined with TCP proxy and window spoofing algorithms,a TCP service optimization plan in FTTR scenarios is proposed,and the effectiveness of the optimization plan is analyzed and experimental verification;Thirdly,to study the service quality of TCP services in FTTR scenarios,and propose system optimization schemes for uplink prediction,congestion detection and flow control to improve service quality and user experience.At the same time,smooth speed reduction and uplink pseudo-flow control are designed for flow control.Two implementation schemes were time-division,and the validity was verified by experiments.Finally,the thesis summarizes the research results of this thesis,and proposes improvements to current research and prospects for future research.
