In the fifth generation mobile communication system,the application scenario of ultra reliable low delay communication(URLLC)poses a severe challenge to the reliability and delay of data transmission,which requires data transmission on 5G radio interface with the error probability of 10-5 within 1ms.Facing the strict parameter requirements of URLLC,from the existing literature and mobile communication industry standards,there are relatively few physical layer solutions,especially the research results of modulation schemes that meet the requirements of ultra-high reliability and low delay at the same time.In this paper,the physical layer modulation scheme is studied under the constraints of ultra reliability and low delay of URLLC.A multi-dimensional phase modulation signal model based on permutation group code(PGC)and its permutation array constellation are proposed.The new multi-dimensional time-phase modulation scheme is combined with orthogonal frequency division multiplexing(OFDM)technology to form a new multi carrier communication system with high reliability,low energy consumption and low delay.In order to improve the high reliability of the modulation scheme,firstly,the multi-dimensional time-phase modulation signal is established with the permutation matrix as the mathematical model,and then the corresponding permutation array constellation diagram is constructed on the basis of the permutation group code.The calculation method of Euclidean distance of multi-dimensional signal is given,and the Euclidean distance of permutation array constellation diagram is analyzed,and analyze its performance in theory.In order to further improve the frequency band utilization,two improved multi-dimensional time-phase modulation signal models are proposed.Based on the analysis of the distance distribution of the permutation array constellation diagram,a multi-dimensional time-phase modulation scheme that increases the minimum Euclidean distance between signal points is proposed,which effectively enhances reliability,and a linear complexity decoding scheme is proposed.Based on increasing the data rate of the system,the four methods of multi-dimensional time-phase modulation based on permutation group code are combined with OFDM multi carrier technology to form a transmission scheme with low power consumption and high data rate,which can effectively resist multipath interference.Finally,the simulation platform is established by C language programming,and the simulation experiments of four proposed multi-dimensional time-phase modulation schemes and multi carrier modulation schemes in additive white Gaussian noise and Rayleigh fading channel are carried out.When the BER is 10-5,the best SNR in Gaussian channel is 8.2d B,which is better than BPSK by 1.4d B.
