This thesis relies on the major theme special project of Chongqing Science and Technology Commission "R&D and Application of 5G Road Tester".Based on the 3rd Generation Partnership Project protocol standard and the overall needs of 5G road tester, and the key algorithm of the receiving of Physical Downlink Shared Channel(PDSCH)is studied, and a detection scheme that meets the needs of the project is designed to complete Field Programmable Gate Array(FPGA)hardware implementation, and finally perform functional simulation testing and verification analysis to evaluate the feasibility of the scheme.1.For the research on the key algorithms of PDSCH channel, this thesis mainly analyzes and compares the performance of signal detection algorithm,Quadrature Amplitude Modulation(QAM)demodulation algorithm and Low Density Parity Check(LDPC)decoding algorithm. And then determine the algorithm selection of each module of downlink shared channel detection, which provides a theoretical basis for the entire program design.2.Based on the above algorithm research, this thesis uses the "top-down" design idea to determine the overall design of downlink shared channel detection, which specifically includes two main modules of signal detection and channel analysis, and related sub-modules.In the signal detection module,a signal detection design with approximate optimal performance is proposed, with emphasis on the pipeline structure of the matrix inversion part.In the channel analysis module,a hardware solution based on a soft demodulation algorithm is designed to complete data demodulation, and a detailed FPGA for 256 QAM demodulation is designed with emphasis. In addition,a soft decision-based LDPC DECODE IP CORE is used for hardware design,in order to realize the channel decoding function.3.Based on the above design, after using Vivado to complete the Verilog code writing, the signal detection module and channel analysis module in the PDSCH channel are tested by Model Sim to perform functional simulation tests to verify the consistency with the MATLAB results.Carry out the whole machine test on the 5G road tester to verify the basic functions of the physical layer, and finally analyze the rationality of the design according to the resource occupation of the hardware implementation of physical downlink shared channel detection. The final test results show that the downlink shared channel detection scheme proposed in this thesis can correctly analyze the PDSCH channel, and the average resource occupancy rate is less than 10%,which meets the application requirements of the project and has certain reference value in project implementation.
