The ultraviolet radiation characteristics of the missile plume are usually used in ultraviolet warning technology to detect and intercept missile.Reliable detection of ultraviolet small targets in complex interference environments is the guarantee of the performance of the ultraviolet warning system,which is of great significance for improving the battlefield defense capabilities of various military weapons.This paper analyzes the characteristics of the target and various interferences in actual scenes,and focuses on the anti-jamming detection and tracking of ultraviolet small targets,the main research contents are as follows:To solve the ultraviolet small target anti-jamming detection problem,this paper analyzes and compares various noises in small ultraviolet targets and images,and proposes an adaptive weighted multi-feature correlation filtering algorithm using the spatio-temporal continuity of the target.The target feature model and target feature trajectory effectively eliminate the random noise in the ultraviolet image and have good robustness.On this basis,the detection experiments of common interference radiation sources are carried out,and the difference between the dynamic radiation characteristics and motion characteristics of the missile plume and the interference radiation source is summarized,and an anti-jamming detection algorithm based on multi-feature correlation filtering is proposed.Experimental result shows that the algorithm is an ultraviolet small target anti-jamming detection algorithm with high detection rate and low false alarm rate,which can accurately distinguish between target and various interferences in complex interference scenarios.In order to achieve real-time tracking of ultraviolet small targets,Kalman filter algorithm is used in this paper to predict the motion state of the target,and by establishing a tracking gate,the target's associated area is reduced,and the real-time performance of the tracking algorithm is effectively improved.Aiming at the influence of airflow interference on the tracking of ultraviolet small targets,this paper analyzes the characteristics of the target during the airflow interference,and proposes an ultraviolet small target tracking algorithm based on airflow interference detection.Experimental result shows that the algorithm is an efficient and stable ultraviolet small target tracking algorithm,which can accurately detect airflow interference,thereby preventing the target from being mis-associated when the interference occurs,improving target tracking accuracy and tracking success rate.For the real-time requirement of the ultraviolet warning system,the algorithm is transplanted to the hardware circuit board based on the FPGA+ARM parallel processing architecture,and the high-performance Hi Silicon 3559 A was selected as the main control chip to accelerate the algorithm.Experimental result shows that Hi Silicon 3559 A can effectively shorten the running time of the algorithm,improve the real-time performance of the ultraviolet warning system,and enable the ultraviolet warning system to detect and track ultraviolet small targets quickly,accurately and stably.
