The automation,integration and collaborative work of software in manufacturing are the key research directions of modern manufacturing.Combining the industrial Internet technology to do the research of traditional CAPP systems is of practical significance to promote the development of independent and controllable CAPP application technology based on cloud architecture.The latest cloud architecture model is adopted to implement microservice in CAPP system and deploys the CAPP server in the cloud.With the high-performance computing capabilities of cloud server clusters,the system can provide fast,stable and efficient services to medium and large enterprises and industry users.In the national production environment,by developing the Km Rpc component based on the self-developed KMCloud cloud platform,communication between microservices and load balancing management of cloud microservices can be realized to ensure high availability and stability of services.In terms of the functional modules of the CAPP system,based on the characteristics of the actual mechanical manufacturing process,the traditional document-based process is changed to a structured process.The process data and display style are separated to realize the structuring of the data and the flexibility of the view.On this basis,a process management module is added to decouple the process as an independent workflow service module from the application system to ensure the interchangeability of workflow engines.In the face of complex industrial software use environments and requirements,the task engine can implement cross-system calls,facilitating information sharing and data interaction between multiple third-party systems.Finally,in order to solve the strong dependence of traditional redlining annotation plug-in,combined with the CAPP system of micro-service architecture,the online redlining annotation for process documents is studied.This system has been fully verified in the national production environment.Based on domestic operating systems,domestic databases,and self-developed industrial software supported platforms,cloud deployment is used to realize the integration and intelligence of CAPP process management software,which promotes the development of the production,processing and manufacturing of enterprises and plays an important role in realizing the long-term stability of the overall application environment.
