The rapid development of Internet information technology and mobile intelligent terminal devices in the 21 st century has not only improved our work efficiency and narrowed the distance between regions and people,but also opened the era of We Chat,microblog,short video and other new media marketing carried by mobile phones and touch-screen intelligent devices.The emergence and extensive application of new media technology has broadened and accelerated the way we get information,and also influenced and changed the marketing thinking and promotion mode of enterprises.The characteristics of new media marketing,such as high cost performance,high coverage rate and high precision,are attracting and forcing more and more enterprises to participate in it with The Times and update their marketing strategies.Many enterprises also step forward in new media marketing from wait-and-see,acceptance,learning,exploration and practice.Many enterprises that have tried new media marketing earlier have experienced all kinds of benefits brought by it.Taking SN Company as the research object and taking new media marketing as the background,this paper firstly expounds the research background and significance of this subject,This paper analyses the current situation and development trend,contents and methods are described.Explains the basic concept,the new media field combined with marketing,management,communication related theory,through the literature collection,the methods of empirical analysis,using the PEST,porter five competitive model are analyzed in detail,such as theory of SN company currently marketing market environment,macro and micro and competitive environment,it is found that there are some problems in the current marketing situation: brand positioning are fuzzy,audience positioning is too limited,marketing channels of a single,ignorance of offline channels,marketing communication speed slow,not timely to hot topic tracking,and put forward the targeted solution: Strengthen the linkage between different channels,enhance brand image and consistency,expanding the scope of the users,the user segment,develop new marketing channels and different channels differentiation,multi-angle combination of online marketing and operations and frequency increases with the user interaction,on the basis of existing increase marketing hot the track of time,frequency and sensitivity to the emerging marketing has to maintain a positive attitude,and the relevant guarantee measures are put forward,to help enterprises accurate and effective method of promotion marketing strategy.
