With the rapid development of the mobile phone industry,the wireless communication function of the mobile phone is more and more closely related to the mobile phone signal.With the user's demand for appearance and feel,the mobile phone with metal as the appearance configuration has become a trend.As for the appearance of the whole phone,metal material is adopted to replace the original plastic shell,which will affect the specific design method and process of the antenna.For the antenna design in the form of FPC(Flexible Printed Circuit)antenna used in the traditional mobile phone industry,the metal frame has shielding effect on electromagnetic field,which will seriously affect the performance of the antenna.In recent years,in order to integrate the casing outside the metal is user requirements and the antenna performance using demand.By the early Hong Da(HTC)slotted design method,the metal frame from the influence of performance factors,to a radiating element of the antenna itself.can be solved effectively by the recent various antenna design,is located the basic metal frame concrete design train of thought,with the traditional phone the microstrip antenna performance impact on the same principle,but also has its different characteristics.In this paper,the research content is to use the metal frame constitute all or partial of the antenna ontology,through ontology slot and with reference to gap formation formed between specific antenna radiation condition,with the help of antenna tuning device covered implementation needs to switch from the frequency spectrum,in order to achieve the metal frame antenna solution with mobile phone appearance needs both purposes.At the same time,the gap is filled with plastic material with low dielectric constant to make the overall appearance of the phone,so that the antenna is integrated into the structure of the whole machine and the antenna design of the whole machine is completed.The system applies the working principle of mobile phone microstrip antenna and completes the antenna design based on the environment of metal frame structure.As the reference height of the antenna changes from the original Z to a multi-direction reference,the definition of antenna height is no longer a specific multi-value in a certain direction,but an antenna height with a change in size and direction for the whole part of the antenna.At the same time,the inductance of the switch chip is switched by software to adjust the effective radiation length of the antenna,so as to realize the antenna scheme covering multiple antenna bands in the same frame state.Because the proofing period of the metal frame is much longer than the traditional antenna design.The tuner is limited by the appearance,so the design process is mainly about the design of key access points,the selection of antenna switch type,and the design of the ground path.In the antenna design process,the antenna model simulation tool can be added to analyze the problem through the visual field in the simulation results,and analyze the problem from the principle,so that the design process can accurately grasp the root cause.With the addition of simulation,antenna design becomes visible.Therefore,the cause and ideas of problems can be found through simulation.Simulation has a broad application prospect for mobile phone antenna design.The simulation for the antenna design has a wide application prospect.
