With the advent of 5th generation mobile communication,millimeter-wave technology,high-speed digital communication technology and photoelectric conversion technology are constantly developing,which has higher requirements for modern microwave circuit system.As an important component in microwave circuit,power divider plays a key role in the front-end of RF transceiver.Gysel power divider has been widely studied because of its high power handling capacity.However,due to the complexity of theoretical analysis and various structure forms,there are relatively few researches on N-way Gysel power divider.Moreover,with the urgent need of micro cell and pico station in millimeter wave communication,the transparent circuit has been paid more and more attention in the field of scientific research and industry,and the research has been gradually carried out.According to the application trend and design hotspot of microwave circuit,this paper mainly studies the N-way Gysel power divider with arbitrary power dividing ratio and arbitrary terminal load,and it is implemented using flexible transparent material to design Gysel power divider for broader applications.At the same time,the fabrication process of microstrip circuits based on flexible transparent materials is studied.The achievements and research work in this paper can be summarized as follows:1.A new structure of N-way Gysel power divider is proposed.After theoretical analysis,the closed-form equations of N-way Gysel power divider with arbitrary power dividing ratio and arbitrary terminal load are derived.2.Taking two-way Gysel power divider and three-way Gysel power divider as examples,this paper analyzes the bandwidth of the N-way Gysel power divider,and studies the influence of free variables in the closed-form equations on the bandwidth and the bandwidth range of the circuit with free variables in a certain range,which can provide reference for the design of the circuit.3.The simulation software ADS and HFSS are used to analyze the proposed Gysel power divider,and the three-way and four-way equal and unequal Gysel power divider are processed and measured for verification.To make the proposed N-way Gysel power divider meet more practical application requirements,the structure of circuit is simplified into a plane structure.4.In order to meet the development requirements of transparent circuit,this paper studies the stripline,array antenna and N-way Gysel power divider based on flexible transparent material,and explores the fabrication process of flexible transparent circuit based on PDMS and COC.In this paper,a new structure of N-way Gysel power divider with arbitrary power dividing ratio is analyzed,and its closed-form equations are derived.The influence of free variables in the design formula on the bandwidth is studied.Through ADS circuit simulation,HFSS simulation,fabrication and testing,the correctness of circuit structure and design formula is verified.After that,the circuit structure is further optimized,and the design idea of planar N-way Gysel power divider is proposed.Finally,the N-way Gysel power divider based on flexible and transparent materials is studied.Through the research of new materials,it can meet more specific application requirements and is applicable for broader applications.
