With the rapid development of the economy in China,the speed of industrialization and urbanization has increased,and the construction industry in China has a good development.China is the world's largest architectural market and has various architectural heights,spans,and very complex projects.In order to improve the safety management of the project,the country is more and more important for the construction of industrial computerization.YJK Software was built under the background of this strong supports and positive policies.Since the beginning of the establishment,YJK Software has been rooted in the subdivision of the architectural structure.After 10 years,it has evolved into a famous software company of building business.According to the support of industry policy,many software companies invested in the building industry,causing market competition to become more and more severe.YJK Software should not only face with the competition from famous software companies internationally but also domestically.In the short run,the prevention becomes constant,and the country begins to advocate "real property stall" policy,and the real estate market is suppressed,and it greatly influences the development of the YJK Software.In a short time,YJK Software is unable to return to normal operation under the double pressure of sales decline and long-term fierce competition.How to improve marketing strategy & long-term profitability and keep its priority in competition.These are questions to cope with for YJK Software.Under this context,taking YJK Software as a typical example,this paper make clear the YJK Software's position in the field of building structure division and industrial market conditions,and then it discusses the marketing mix strategies as the company promotes its software into the market.Therefore,the problems emerging in the promotion process are discussed in detail.Following with the macro environment,this paper make clear the YJK Software in surrounding environments of market operation,focusing mainly on the market structure of the construction,customer requirements and YJK Software's competitors.From which,the marketing strategies are optimized to improve the YJK Software.Ultimately there are several ways to guarantee the implement of marketing strategies,like the same efficiency of CRM system,strengthening of consciousness and quality of service,accelerating the institutional improvement in talents training and complementing the evaluation mechanism.Through research on YJK Software's marketing strategies,this paper comes up with feasible advice on it,thus marketing strategies suitable for enterprises from the same industry are discussed,which provides important lessons for software enterprise in this field as well.
