With the development of communication network and the rapid growth of mobile users,telecom business support system has also been developed by leaps and bounds,and its business support capability and service level have been continuously improved.The completion of the transformation of business support system at all levels realizes the data concentration,business concentration and management concentration of the provincial system,and provides effective support for the billing,business and customer service of mobile users in all provinces.With the change of the times and the increase of users and services,mobile operators have higher requirements for business transmission network and business processing efficiency.The existing system architecture has been unable to meet the current business requirements and assessment requirements.In response to this situation,combined with my actual work,this article puts forward the problems of the first-level BOSS(Business Operation Support System)system through the research of the group's central business,the analysis of the development process and current situation of domestic and foreign telecommunications services,and reconstructs the problems in response to these problems.The group central business support system,while pointing out the development trend of the group central business support system.Starting from the actual situation of users,the overall requirements of the group center business support system are given.At the same time,based on the unit's existing billing,business,and customer related subsystems,the overall work flow of the group center business support system is clarified and established The main functions of the system include functional modules such as landing business management,uploading business management,file transfer business management,fault interruption business management,and log management.Specifically,the main work of this article includes the following parts:(1)According to the functional and non-functional requirements of the system,the following technical solutions are proposed.The project construction tool uses Maven,the development framework uses Spring MVC,and the development language uses Java.The database uses Oracle,and the cache uses Redis.(2)Analyze and sort out the central business process,design the system architecture based on requirements,design the system architecture,functional structure,system business process,database and system security,complete the business framework and interface code writing,and finally Realize the business functions of the group central business support system.(3)Adopt more mature test methods,design test cases according to the actual processing flow of the business,and analyze the actual application effect of the system in the operation process by comparing the test results with the requirements in detail.
