In recent years,e-commerce has developed rapidly,and e-commerce has also driven the development of the logistics industry.At present,there are many logistics and distribution companies on the market.Although the postal service belongs to the logistics distribution company with a long history,in the current era of fierce market competition,if the parameters of the service model are not changed,it will be eliminated by the market.Therefore,because of this Companies must be based on the development of the current era,and need to use information technology to continuously expand their business scope and innovative service development model.The main purpose of this thesis is to realize the research of self-service management system by means of information technology to solve some of the main problems that the postal company has in the process of business processing.It aims to improve customer satisfaction through the research of this system and firm the postal company market position in the logistics industry.Firstly,the paper clarifies the main objectives of the system research.It mainly to achieve customer's independent order and logistics tracking services through the self-service system.The couriers can quickly sort and deliver through self-service sorting equipment,service points can pass.The system realizes the scientific allocation of resources.In order to meet the above requirements,the system includes the following functions: self-service APP management,mail delivery management,basic information management,and system management.The system must meet the lots of concurrent users,and the response time should be controlled in a very short time.The self-service is mainly done through the mobile terminal.After the comparative analysis,the Android operating system is selected to develop the APP server,and the B/S mode is selected to develop the background management terminal.The system uses SSH architecture,Java language,My SQL database management system to design and implement the system.In the process of designing the function,the system is divided into different modules according to the business process,and the modules interact through the interface.The E-R diagram is used to analyze the conceptual model of the database,and the physical model is explained in the form of the database table structure.The black box test method is used to test and verify the main research results of each stage to ensure that the system can continue to operate stably while meeting the actual business operation requirements of the user.Through the deployment application of the system,the customer can register the identity and submit the corresponding service request,and can track and view the order through the form of the map.During the entire postal self-service process,all interactive information is transmitted and shared through the smart terminal or computer.It is convenient for the user to place orders,and can query the status and logistics information of the mail anytime and anywhere.Not only that,but also improve the sorting processing efficiency of business personnel,and improve the efficiency and quality of mail transport services.The development of this system has very important application value for the postal company.
