Photocuring 3D printing is a unique rapid prototyping technology,which has the characteristics of high printing precision and fast prototyping speed.And it has gradually become an important part of advanced manufacturing,widely used in biology,chemistry,aviation,electronics and other fields.Microfluidics integrates several microns to several hundred microns into a very small chip,and performs sampling,mixing and detection of fluids on the chip,becoming a new technology for fast and accurate analysis.The combination of photo-curing 3D printing technology and microfluidic chip technology has become the common development direction of both.Although 3D printing technology has been applied to the manufacturing of microfluidic chips with certain research,there is no detailed explanation for the overall scheme of microfluidic devices with photo-curing printing,and there is also a lack of humanized design and research of post-processing equipment and application platform.This paper focuses on the ergonomic analysis of post-processing task,constructs the microfluidic component library with modularization idea,and develops the system design of personalized customization platform.The main research contents and of this paper are as follows:(1)The market research of 3D printing technology and post-processing equipment for photo-curing was carried out,the characteristics of the principle of photo-curing molding technology were analyzed,the basic process of photo-curing 3D printing was determined,the modular construction method of the microfluidic module library was selected,and the overall scheme of the microfluidic chip for photo-curing 3D printing was formulated.(2)Based on ergonomics,the 3D model of photo-curing 3D printing post-processing equipment was established with Solidworks,the virtual working environment was created with Jack software,the task analysis of post-processing operation flow was carried out.(3)The existing microfluidic modules and their main functions are summarized in detail by applying the modular design idea and the classification principle of fluid control and functional modules.A universal fast connector is designed to complete the construction of microfluidic component library.(4)The personalized customization idea is put forward to meet user's demand on different structure and function the microfluidic chip.This program can be reference for the innovation of the microfluidic chip.And mass production and customization mode of vision for the future are analyzed.
