In recent years,the rapid development of Internet technology has had a huge impact on people's values and lifestyles.Especially in the field of food safety,with the frequent occurrence of domestic and foreign events related to the quality and safety of agricultural products,the quality and safety of agricultural products have been widely concerned.However,as the number of users of agricultural products traceability system increases rapidly,the existing agricultural products traceability system based on micro-service architecture has some shortcomings,such as too long response time,slow convergence speed and inaccurate traceability.Therefore,this paper proposes and develops a microservice architecture agricultural product traceability system based on the improved C5.0algorithm and Beetle whisker search algorithm to solve the above problems.In view of the rapid growth of users in the current agricultural product traceability system of micro-service architecture and the long response time of the existing micro-service architecture traceability system,this paper improves the C5.0 algorithm,including simplifying the calculation of information gain rate,and changes the calculation formula of information content in the traceability system into a new calculation formula of information content.Based on C5.0 algorithm and using Bayesian posteriori theory as the enhancer,the decision tree is evaluated and pruned by using Bayesian theory.The microservice architecture traceability system improved by C5.0 algorithm can solve the shortcoming of the existing microservice architecture traceability system with too long response time when the concurrent amount of users increases.In view of the existing micro-service architecture traceability system,there are still problems such as poor search performance and inaccurate traceability of the quality and safety of agricultural products.This paper proposes a microservice architecture traceability system based on improved Beetle whisker search algorithm.Firstly,the Beetle Whisker algorithm and particle swarm optimization algorithm are combined together,and then the swarm evolution competition mechanism is introduced into the Beetle Whisker search algorithm to avoid the problem that the original Beetle Whisker algorithm can only solve the continuous optimization problem.Secondly,quadratic interpolation is used to improve the Beetle Whisker algorithm in view of the slow convergence speed of microservice architecture traceability system.The experimental results show that the traceability system with improved Beetle whisker algorithm can solve the shortcomings of the existing microservice architecture traceability system,such as slow convergence speed and inaccurate traceability.Finally,the improved agricultural product traceability system of microservice architecture based on C5.0 algorithm and Beetle whisker search algorithm is tested,mainly testing the response time of the improved microservice architecture traceability system and the microservice architecture traceability system before the improvement when the concurrency increases continuously.Secondly,the accuracy of the agricultural product traceability system of the improved micro-service architecture for tracing the quality and safety of agricultural products was tested.The experimental results show that the improved agricultural product traceability system of micro-service architecture can solve the problems existing in the existing micro-service architecture traceability system,and all aspects of functions meet the expected requirements.
