The movement of animated characters is a vital part in animation production.To make an excellent animated character movement,it is inseparable from the mastery of the law of movement.The law of movement is the basic skill of the character's movement.Mastering the law of movement can basically protect the character.The rationality and scientific nature of the movement.However,to shape the movement of animated animated characters,not only must there be the laws of movement that express natural movements,but also the expression of emotions.The law of motion is only the basic level of the motion of animated characters.It cannot give a character individuality.It is impossible to create excellent character movements based on this rational law,and it cannot even move the audience.An excellent animation work is often inseparable from successful animation character shaping.Excellent animation always retains the classic animation image in the audience's mind.In addition to character modeling,the creation of an animated image is inseparable from the character's action performance.Therefore,to create a convincing animated character action,it is not only necessary to learn the laws of motion,but also to learn the techniques of action expression.Since the development of animation art,the types of characters are mainly divided into character and animal characters.Animal characters have an irreplaceable position in the development history of animation art.For the audience,the animal images are more cute and soft,and can easily narrow the distance between the character and the audience.The character traits endowed by the animal characters in the animation works can more arouse the audience's resonance and imagination.When animal characters are so popular,how to improve the artistic performance of animal character movements has always been a long-term research topic.Among the animated characters,the movement of mammalian quadrupeds(hereinafter referred to as quadrupeds)is relatively more difficult.There is a big difference between the movement of quadrupeds and the movement of upright animals,from the biological structure to the law of motion to the art of action.The performance is very different and needs to be studied separately.This article uses case analysis and literature reference methods to study how to improve the artistic performance of quadrupeds in 3D animation creation,and explore how to improve the accuracy,vividness,and rapid efficiency of quadrupeds in 3D animation production.This article mainly starts with the movement laws and performances of quadrupeds,and analyzes the common laws in the movement laws of quadrupeds.Secondly,subdivide claw quadrupeds and hoofed quadrupeds from quadrupeds,and analyze the special laws between the two.Then through the analysis of the motion performance of the four-legged animal character in the animation,the factors that affect its motion effect are summarized,and through the comparison of different animal forms in the three-dimensional animation,the similarities and differences between the character motion performance in the animation works of different themes are analyzed to strengthen The understanding of role modeling summarizes the creative ideas and methods of animals in action performance.Finally,combined with my own creative works to analyze the problems that occurred in practice,analyze the misunderstandings that are prone to quadruped movement in three-dimensional animation,and based on the law of quadruped movement,from the definition of limbs,the dominant position of the spine,and the development of strength.Considering other aspects,sum up the hierarchical relationship and operation path of the controller based on the mechanical traction.Summarize the ideas for the four-legged animal character action performance in his own creations,and test them in the graduation creation.It is hoped that it can provide a certain reference value for the movement of four-legged animal characters in 3D animation.
