In the current process of mobile law enforcement,the police need to upload live audio and video data to the command center in real time,so that the command center can uniformly remotely dispatch and command.Due to a single 4G network channel,affected by the signal coverage of the operator's base station,poor network quality will result in the inability to achieve smooth audio and video transmission,affecting the contact with the command center during mobile law enforcement,and reducing the efficiency of remote command.To solve this problem,this paper designs and implements a mobile video transmission terminal based on multi-link aggregation.For audio and video transmission under unsatisfactory network quality,multi-link aggregation technology is used to combine multiple 4G physical network links into a virtual logical link to increase the total uplink bandwidth and meet the high definition in the law enforcement process Video transmission and remote command needs;design a virtual protocol stack on the network transmission layer,use a combination of rate-based congestion control and load balancing algorithms to complete the control of multi-link data transmission,and solve the problem of network instability Data transmission jitter.Through testing,when using a single 4G network link to transmit high-definition audio and video,there will be serious stalls,and when multiple 4G networks are used to aggregate multiple 4G networks for the same high-definition bit rate audio and video data transmission,the stalls are significantly reduced.The audio and video quality has been significantly improved;when congestion control and load balancing technology are combined to control multi-link aggregation,the average network rate is higher than that of simple multi-link aggregation applications,and it also has better network stability.The results show that this design can significantly improve the service quality of mobile transmission of audio and video data through multi-link aggregation technology,and has good use and promotion value.
