Multiple-input multiple-output(MIMO)radar space-time adaptive processing(STAP)technology can accurately detect targets in the clutter background.In order to reduce the number of training samples required,this paper combines sparse theory with MIMO-STAP technology to explore the relevant theory of MIMO-STAP based on sparse recovery.The main research work is as follows:1.The geometric model of airborne MIMO radar detecting targets and the space-time signal model of clutter and interference are introduced.The sparsity of clutter and interference space-time power spectrum is analyzed,and the sparse recovery model of obtaining space-time power spectrum is presented.2.Aiming at the shortcomings of current sparse algorithms,LIKES,SLIM and IAA algorithms under weighted SPICE framework are introduced to recover the clutter spectrum,and all the weighted SPICE algorithms have good sparse recovery performance.The least square method based on prior knowledge is proposed to recover the clutter spectrum.The method is simple and efficient,and the obtained clutter spectrum has high recovery accuracy.3.Aiming at the problem of high computational complexity of traditional dictionary,a scale reduction method based on spectral assistance is proposed to improve the computational efficiency of sparse algorithm.Aiming at the off-grid problem of the traditional dictionary in side-looking view,a dictionary construction method is proposed to solve the off-grid problem from the perspective of dictionary and can ensure the accuracy of the recovered clutter spectrum.4.Aiming at the active jamming in training samples,an active jamming detection method is proposed to accurately detect the existence of active jamming in training samples.Aiming at the problem of discrete interference existing in training samples,a discrete interference suppression method is proposed to directly remove the discrete interference from the training sample.Aiming at the active jamming existing in the detection range cell,the accurate active jamming power spectrum and clutter power spectrum are recovered by sparse method,and the obtained space-time filter has good interference and clutter suppression performance.
