With the advent of the era of big data,data mining technology has been applied to various fields.Especially in modern enterprise management,the use of data mining technology to analyze the potential information of enterprise big data,and based on this to establish a good project management system and performance appraisal and evaluation system,improve the economic efficiency of the enterprise,help the enterprise survive and develop in a complex market environment.This paper takes the decision tree algorithm in data mining technology as the core technology,through the implementation of project and employee management modules,generates performance evaluation data sets,and then generates a decision tree,based on the evaluation and analysis of the decision tree,to help employees improve themselves and managers to implement management.In addition,based on performance assessment results and project management information,the company's costs are analyzed to generate multi-dimensional cost analysis reports to help management understand the company's operating status more clearly.Based on the above functional design,programming implements a management system for software R & D projects.Decision tree algorithm is a classification algorithm commonly used in data mining technology,and its results are usually expressed in the form of if-then rules.Among them,the C4.5 algorithm is a kind of decision tree algorithm,which has the advantages of easy understanding and high accuracy.Compared with its predecessor ID3 algorithm,it increases the concept of information gain rate.After theoretical analysis,this paper selects the C4.5algorithm to analyze the performance evaluation results,and generates decision trees for performance evaluation through the steps of collecting data,data preprocessing,calculating information gain rate,determining split attributes,and post-prune.Furthermore,the test data set is used to test the decision tree,and the accuracy of the decision tree is more than 90%,which is higher than the results of other decision tree algorithms.This article is based on the lightweight MVVM framework Vue.js for system development,using C # language,SQL Server database and other tools to design the system,based on the C4.5 decision tree algorithm to mine and analyze the data set generated by the system to generate performance evaluation related decisions Tree and use visualization tools such as Echarts to generate related cost reports.The system development adopts the B / S architecture,and has established a research and development project management system and platform that can achieve performance evaluation and analysis through visualization tools,decision tree algorithms,and dynamic web pages.The system includes management information system function modules such as information storage,task management,report generation,role permission control,information visualization,etc.,which realizes the establishment and management of projects,the flow of tasks,the filling of relevant information of employees,and the management and performance evaluation system.Project management functions such as establishment,generation of reports in various dimensions,management of cockpit construction,etc.The system uses the decision tree algorithm as thecore technology,obtains scientifically credible and highly accurate project management information results,and realizes data visualization,which can assist enterprises to establish a good management system in the era of big data.
