The fishing method of attracting fish by light needs a large number of fish-collecting lamps as lighting sources.Most of the existing fish collecting lamps use metal halide lamps.Due to the disadvantages of low conversion efficiency,short working life and slow response,which lead to a large amount of fuel consumption,it has been unable to meet the requirements of green development.Using LED as the light source of fish lamp can reduce fuel consumption,choosing blue and green light bands to form the composite spectrum,and using free-form curved lens to improve the energy utilization rate of LED fish lamp instead of metal halide lamp has become an inevitable development trend.Firstly,this paper describes the phototaxis characteristics of main economic fish and the transmission efficiency of light with different wavelengths in seawater.Combined with the phototaxis of economic fish and the actual sea area where LED fish lamp is used,LED chip with a specific band of composite spectrum is selected as the light source of LED fish lamp.Then,according to the phototaxis characteristics of fish,the stability of sea illumination decreases when the hull rolls,which affects the fish-attracting effect of LED fish-collecting lamp.A free-form lens is designed to meet the illumination stability of LED fish-collecting lamp.According to the luminous characteristics of LED chip and the light distribution requirements of light stability,the secondary light distribution design of LED light source is carried out to improve the light stability of LED fish lamp when the hull rolls.Secondly,the optical simulation software is used to simulate the model,and the simulation results are analyzed to put forward a method to verify the illumination stability.In the simulation,the illumination distribution on the target surface is recorded,and the illumination stability is calculated by numerical analysis.In addition,the illumination stability of ordinary LED fish collection lamp and metal halide lamp is simulated and analyzed.It is verified that the free-form surface lens can significantly improve the illumination stability,and its performance is better than that of metal halide lamp.PMMA was selected as the material of the lens and made into a lens entity for experimental verification.Finally,the overall mechanical structure of LED fish lamp was designed,to meet the actual use environment of high-power composite spectrum LED fish lamp,to achieve the requirements of anti-corrosion and waterproof,light source heat dissipation and so on.The reliability test and sea test of LED fish collecting lamp were carried out to verify its reliable performance and the effect of attracting fish.
