With the development of science and technology in our country,the miniaturization and ultra-thin of IC chips have become the inevitable direction of the development of integrated circuits,which requires more and more for chip stripping and picking.However,it is difficult to break through some key technologies of chip stripping pickup mechanism,which seriously restricts the improvement of chip production efficiency in China.To solve these problems,this paper focuses on the study of the chip stripping and picking mechanism and its key technologies.The main research contents are as follows:By comparing and analyzing the advantages and disadvantages of chip stripping and picking mechanism at home and abroad and their working requirements,and an overall design scheme of chip stripping and picking mechanism is proposed,which integrates chip correction,stripping and picking.The chip correction device,chip stripping mechanism and chip picking mechanism are designed.When designing the chip stripping mechanism,using eccentric wheel instead of cam can achieve the same effect.And the three-dimensional model of chip stripping and picking mechanism is established with Solid Works software.Based on the comparison of the advantages and disadvantages of the chip calibration scheme,the best mechanical structure scheme is selected.Based on this structure,Sobel operator is used to detect the edge of the chip image,and then the inclination angle of the tilted chip is calculated with improved Hough transform.The simulation analysis of MATLAB shows that the algorithm based on this structure can effectively improve the correction accuracy and operation efficiency of the target chip image.The static analysis of ANSYS structure and dynamic analysis of ANSYS display in ANSYS Workbench are used to simulate the stress and deformation of the chip.The main factors that affect the peeling effect and chip fragmentation are analyzed as follows: the area of chip covered groove,the number of thimble cover grooves,the speed of thimble lifting and the displacement of chip lifting.The chip stripping picking mechanism is optimized comprehensively,and then the motion simulation of the mechanism is carried out by using ADAMS software,which verifies the rationality of the chip correction device,the rationality of the eccentric wheel replacing the cam,and the chip picking mechanism can pick up the chip accurately.
