The Text Design Research On The Special Exhibition Of Xiaoxian Baitu Kiln

The museum is a cultural palace and cultural card of a nation or region.And the public can understand the historical and cultural connotation and spiritual outlook of the region through display and exhibition.Thematic exhibitions often require them to have an in-depth study of a certain category of exhibition items,which have stronger expertise and subjectivity.What is an important factor to evaluate the success of a Thematic exhibition is whether the exhibition can display the historical and cultural significance deeply in front of the general audience.Meanwhile,whether the audience can understand and integrate into its historical and cultural connotation.In order to entirely show the historical culture and traditional handicraft of the White Clay Kiln of Xiao County,this paper,first of all,combs the historical context and research status of the white clay kiln.And it analyzes the feasibility of the display and constructs the general idea,further developing the text design and research of The White Clay Kiln Exhibition in Xiaoxian County.Next,the exhibition is named "The White Clay Kiln Exhibition in Xiaoxian Museum" and will be divided into five exhibition halls: The first exhibition hall is the preface,which mainly introduces the discovery and historical evolution of White Clay Kiln.The second exhibition hall is named "the impact of earth and fire" which introduces the origin of the White Clay.The third exhibition hall is named "the delicate artifacts",which describes the relevant technological process.The forth exhibition hall is the fine exhibition,named "the colorful arts of Xiao Kiln" that displays the most typical implements in chronological order.The fifth exhibition hall is called "the rebirth ",it means how to innovate and develop of the White Clay Kiln.Meanwhile,the design of exhibitions adopt several display methods: One is the reconstruction of scene.Anhui Institute of Archaeology has conducted several archaeological investigations and excavations in Xiao County,so it provides a scientific basis for the restoration of the white earth kiln.Second is Multimedia Assisted Display.It mainly uses multimedia technology as the main form for the audience to provide a new and three-dimensional viewing.Third is interactive experience.That is the audience can interact with them through the interactive device when they visit the clay kiln,and then it can achieve the most idealized display effect.In the last chapter,the author proposes some viewpoints,which are a new way to display the kiln site from the new view of ancient pottery,the new interpretation of vocational education from the new education of ancient pottery,the new life of pottery kiln from the new techniques of ancient pottery.Finally,the author hope it can make the public better understand the white clay kiln through this exhibition.
