| This paper mainly takes the Social Information Department of Beijing news as a case,takes the sociology of news production as the logical starting point,combines participatory observation,in-depth interviews,case studies and other methods,and studies the production of the editorial room,the habits in the process of practice,and the individual survival under the organizational structure.The core issues of the study are the various internal and external controlling factors that affect the daily practice of the editorial department,the evolution of professional media social news production in the new media era,and the individualized survival and reflection of social journalists.In the main part of the paper,the organizational structure of the Social Information Department of Beijing news is briefly presented,and on this basis,the daily production process and interactive mechanism are introduced.Then,it introduces the source channel of topic selection of social news produced by professional media,which affects the fixed and mobile standard of topic selection;Then it discusses the controlling factors that affect the news production,and tries to reveal the regulatory forces that affect the news production of professional media.The third chapter is to put news production in the current new media environment and analyze the changes of traditional professional media news production.In terms of actors,the two-way interaction between media and users in UGC mode complements each other.Apart from technical reasons,the phenomenon of fragmented reporting is also related to the subjective practice of journalists;From the perspective of news gathering and editing,the focus is that the discourse power of professional media is scattered and even left aside.The media with platform characteristics is gathering more and more energy,and its "tentacles" of power also extend to the specific links of news gathering and editing.In the fourth chapter,combined with some typical reports,supplemented by in-depth interviews,the author analyzes the key to the success of Beijing News: the virtuous circle of good foundation and professional pursuit,the application of team writing mode and so on.In addition,we can also find that in recent years,the Beijing News also adheres to the traditional values and closely follows the trend of media convergence.The last chapter is based on the observation of personal practice and in-depth interviews with employees,and puts forward my own cold thinking on the case study object of this paper.The main contents include the adverse effects brought by the competition among various departments,the multi-faceted reflection on the strict pursuit of information increment of Beijing News,the analysis of the professional orientation and identity myth of journalists,and the further description of the industrial mechanism of news production from the perspective of interns.The innovation of this study is to select the Beijing News,which is a representative of professional media,to make personal research,summary and Analysis on some details of this kind of media social news production.While using the traditional theoretical framework,the author fills in more details from specific cases.In order to provide first-hand empirical materials or ideas for the current news industry and academic peers,and make more background presentation of the current Chinese Internet social news. |
