Flat panel display industry is a strategic basic industry.As a key component of intelligent terminal equipment,the market demand of flat panel display is growing rapidly.In the post module assembly process of flat panel display,the polarizer attachment device is one of the most critical equipment.Polarizer,also known as polarizer,is an important part of LCD module.All LCD panels must be attached with polarizer on LCD glass.In the process of mounting polarizer,the two main causes of poor adhesion are dirt and deviation,which can cause appearance bumps,bad points of electrical measurement,adhesion bubbles and other problems.The sticking deviation will cause light leakage,image distortion,display distortion and other defects in the display area.Poor attachment is one of the main factors that cause waste of enterprise resources and high production cost.Therefore,how to improve the cleaning ability and adhesion accuracy of LCD glass is one of the main concerns of flat panel enterprises and equipment manufacturers.In this paper,starting with the sticking process of module assembly,this paper analyzes and discusses in detail the production requirements of the polarizer attachment equipment for the flat panel display enterprises.According to the production requirements,the overall mechanism design of the full-automatic polarizer attachment production line is completed.According to the process flow,the whole line is divided into four parts: liquid crystal glass feeding,liquid crystal glass grinding and cleaning,liquid crystal glass attaching polarizer and finished product blanking Parts.Finally,detailed analysis and discussion are made on the design and working principle of the grinding cleaning and polarizer attachment parts which are the most difficult in the whole line design process.Based on the analysis and demonstration of the types,adhesion forms and cleaning methods of liquid crystal glass,a new grinding and cleaning model based on ring belt is constructed.Through in-depth analysis of the possible factors affecting the adhesion accuracy,the main factors affecting the adhesion accuracy are determined,and a new adhesion model based on the vacuum adsorption technology of anti deformation screen is constructed.The prototype is produced and put into the customer's field trial,which is based on practice and theoretical guidance.From the trial results,the cleaning yield based on the ring belt can reach 99%,and the adhesion accuracy based on the anti deformation net vacuum adsorption technology can reach ± 0.05 mm,and the test results meet the design requirements.Finally,the prototype equipment manufactured according to the scheme described in this paper has completed all the verification work on the customer site and has been put into normal production.The results show that compared with the cleaning rate and attachment accuracy of the same type imported from abroad,the performance of the prototype designed in this scheme has reached the level of the mainstream equipment abroad,and it is still beyond the control of the attached bubble.
