Since the "Quanjian Incident" broke out in 2018,the we-media of health "Doctor Lilac" entered the public view on a large scale as a "social exposing" for the first time,and public became aware of it.After two years,"Doctor Lilac" used the world's first real-time dynamic map of the new crown pneumonia epidemic to make its spread and influence reach unprecedented breadth and depth once again.At present,"Doctor Lilac" has become a leader in healthy we-media and ranks at the top of the list firmly.On the other hand,the we-media "Mustard Dump" and "Beast House",which have also built social reputation by publishing investigative reports,seem to have returned their own original development trajectory.Looking at the current development paths of many we-media,the questions of how can professional we-media seek hot spots to construct social reputation with their own professionalism,how to consolidate it in the process of normalized communication,and how to further extend social reputation in emergency;what is the path and dimension of professional we-media social reputation generation are the core issue of this research.Based on the above mentioned,this study takes "Doctor Lilac" as a case,and finds that "high professionalism and trustworthiness" is the basic value judgment made by the users through a questionnaire.Among them,"Quanjian incident" and "Epidemic Map " are important historical nodes of its development path.For this reason,the research mainly focuses on the network communication and public opinion field after the occurrence of the focal event "Quanjian",emergency measures in response to emergent public healthy incident,and the content of communication in the normalization period in 2019,which is between the two events,to describe the specific process of "Dr.Lilac" social reputation generation in depth,including path-construction,consolidation and continuation,and to clarify the important dimensions of professional we-media social reputation generation.The study finds that,in terms of the path of social reputation construction,professional we-media seeks social public events with its own professionalism to trigger public communication,and realize public opinion supervision under the mutual influence and integration of "two public opinion fields" to construct social reputation;changing the traditional communication paradigm under the logic of cross-domain communication and taking emergency measures to achieve professional communication in emergencies are important ways for professional we-media to consolidate and continue social reputation.In terms of social reputation generation dimensions,improving awareness,influence,credibility,and reputation are important dimensions for the construction and continuation of professional we-media social reputation;professionalism of content,usefulness of topic selection,popularity of expression,and information timeliness and the humane care of content dissemination are important dimensions for the consolidation of its social reputation.
