In the near future,the Internet of things(IOT)and artificial intelligence(AI)will increasingly penetrate into our daily life,and intelligent devices and intelligent assistants will certainly surpass the control of human beings in the future.In 2018,MIT researchers proposed a new field called "machine behavior",which is regarded as a unique behavior pattern,ecological participant and decentralized social technology system.In the pattern of IOT + AI,these "machines" or "agents" are not stable objects,but are created through various situations with which we interact daily.They are almost transparent and predictable,and it is difficult for us to "see" or "control" them.This means that it is not enough to study the agent in the way of code or algorithm.We also need to imagine the daily objects in our environment in the background of daily things.Therefore,in the aspect of design,these phenomena intensify the "anxiety" of privacy and control,challenge the traditional design method of "people-centered design",and usher in new design challenges and design possibilities.It is precisely because the development of Internet of things technology promotes the transformation of general products to intelligent products.Therefore,it is worth studying to explore the differences of interaction experience with different technical roles.This paper provides a new way to analyze different technologies from the perspective of post phenomenology.According to post phenomenology,our personal interaction is related to various tools.We use them to carry out activities.Technological objects can play a mediating role in the relationship between human beings and the world,The relationship between human and technology can be divided into four types: Embodiment relations,Hermeneutic relations,Alterity relationship and background relationship.Based on the relationship between human and technology in post phenomenology,this paper studies interactive experience design.First of all,in the literature review part,we elaborated the development of human-computer interaction from a historical perspective,then combed the four kinds of interaction relationship theories of post phenomenology,and then analyzed and compared the existing interactive experience framework.This part mainly combed and analyzed the relevant theories of human product interaction;secondly,we used the post phenomenological method to analyze the existing products Four different experience levels and product design expressions are summarized,and a systematic interactive experience framework is output.Through the final part of the intelligent speaker design practice,the above product role and experience design framework is tested,and then the output design scheme is guided by the theory.This study believes that the interaction between people and products is actually an exploration of relationship.Through the method of post phenomenology,we can deeply understand the relationship between people and technology,change our thinking into product design,and guide designers to design products from different contexts of product relationship,which is helpful to enhance the attraction of user experience products.In addition,it expands the context of user experience and enriches the environment of user experience This paper studies the theory of product interactive experience.
