Research On ZY Company's Memory Chip Business Strategy

The semiconductor industry is the cornerstone of the digital information industry and also a national strategic industry.Memory chip is the carrier of data and also related to the security of data.Memory chip has surpassed processor chip and become the largest branch of the semiconductor chip industry,which is the main driving force for the growth of the semiconductor chip industry.ZY Company is the only domestic memory chip R & D enterprise with DRAM,NAND Flash and NOR Flash product line layout.This paper introduces the business model of ZY Company's memory chip and the competition of the industry,analyzes the strengths,weaknesses,opportunities and threats of ZY Company,and uses PEST analysis method,SWOT analysis method and Porter's Five Forces model to put forward the strategy of ZY Company's memory chip business: make full use of R & D advantages,develop DRAM and NAND Flash on the basis of NOR Flash products,business model from Fabless Model gradually developed into IDM Model,toward the direction of the global memory chip giant.In view of ZY Company's memory chip business strategy,this paper puts forward feasible implementation guarantee measures.This paper takes ZY Company memory chip business as the research object of this paper,which has a lot of reference significance for the development of domestic memory chip industry and semiconductor industry in China.
