With the improvement of the national requirements for modern emergency safety management ability,the informatization of enterprise safety production management is an important link.In recent years,with the rapid development of local economy and the rapid expansion of production and operation enterprises,the safety production pro blems of enterprises are gradually aggravating.Most enterprises still use the traditiona l management method for safety production management,lack of rational judgment o n the overall safety management status of enterprises,and lack of prediction on the fut ure safety management status under the support of data.In order to solve this series of problems and promote the informatization construction of enterprise safety productio n,this paper studies and realizes the web-based enterprise safety production managem ent platform.Based on the investigation and analysis of the safety production management of various production and operation enterprises in Guizhou Province,this paper takes the "basic norms of enterprise safety production standardization" as the standard,scientif ically and reasonably identifies the important links in the safety production manageme nt.UML is used to analyze the system requirements,and SOA architecture is selected to design and implement the platform.The main work of this paper is as follows(1)Platform core business function requirements analysis.Combined with the in vestigation and the relevant standards of national work safety management,nine core modules are determined,and the specific business processes and system function use cases of the core modules are studied and analyzed.It focuses on optimizing the proce ss of business functions in informatization,reducing the traditional account managem ent,and using dynamic events to drive the normal operation of the whole platform.(2)The overall architecture design and module implementation of the platform.I n order to meet the functional requirements of different enterprises,the platform adopt s SOA distributed architecture,divides services according to specific business module s,and integrates specific service interfaces with Dubbo.The front end of the platform is completely separated from the back end.The front end is implemented with angular framework,and the back end is a distributed service framework based on spring boot and Dubbo.(3)Research and construction of monitoring and early warning model.In order t o effectively analyze the data generated in the operation of enterprise safety productio n management,through collecting and sorting the core data of relevant modules in the platform,the platform is divided into three levels by using AHP,and the weight of ear ly warning index of each level is calculated to carry out quantitative early warning.Th e mathematical model of monitoring and early warning is established to calculate the enterprise safety production management SPI value of early warning index.
