High-speed frequency hopping is one of the research hotspots in the field of frequency hopping communication,which has the advantages of high frequency hopping rate and strong anti-tracking interference ability.This paper studies the intelligent interference protection decision-making technology in the high-speed frequency hopping communication system.According to the perceived environmental information,the intelligent decision-making technology determines the interference protection measures that meet the system performance requirements.These measures can effectively combat various types of the interference,and ensure reliable communication in a complex and variable interference environment.This article mainly studies the intelligent interference protection decision-making technology in the high-speed frequency hopping communication system,including:intelligent interference protection decision-making scheme design in the high-speed frequency hopping communication system,research on decision-making technology of high-speed frequency hopping communication node interference protection based on rule and neural network.Simultaneously,the transmission performance of the high-speed frequency hopping communication system based on intelligent decision-making is simulated and analyzed in a complex interference environment.The main contents are as follows:The first part first introduces the research background and significance of the subject,and then analyzes the research status of high-speed frequency hopping communication system and intelligent interference protection decision-making technology.The second part expounds the principle of high-speed frequency hopping communication system,and designs an intelligent interference protection decision-making plan.First,the network architecture of the system,time slot allocation and link transmission principles are given.Then,according to the communication transmission characteristics of the high-speed frequency hopping communication system,the intelligent interference protection decision-making scheme was designed,and the anti-interference decision engine of the spectrum convergence center and ordinary nodes were respectively constructed.And on this basis,the anti-jamming performance evaluation index and performance evaluation function are designed.The third part studies the decision-making technology of high-speed frequency hopping communication node interference protection based on rule reasoning.First,a rule-based node interference protection decision-making architecture is designed.Based on rules,frequency hopping frequency point set decision algorithm,interference suppression method decision algorithm,power and rate mode joint decision algorithm are researched.Finally,in several typical interference environments,the system performance under the traditional interference suppression algorithm and the system performance based on the rule-based decision-making algorithm are compared.The simulation results show that the system based on the rule-based decision has better anti-interference performance.The fourth part studies the decision-making technology of high-speed frequency hopping communication node interference protection based on neural network.First,a joint decision model of node power and rate based on neural network is designed,and determine the input and output of the neural network,discrimination criteria,objective function,data source and training parameters according to the actual needs of the system;then,according to the neural network model trained offline,the system performance under the interference environment is simulated and analyzed.The results show that the system using the neural network decision-making algorithm has strong anti-interference ability,certain fault tolerance and generalization ability.Finally,when the simulation conditions are consistent,compare the simulation results of the system based on neural network decision-making and the system based on rule decision-making,they both have strong anti-interference ability under interference environment,and neural network decision strategy is better than rule decision in power efficiency.The fifth part analyzes the transmission performance of the high-speed frequency hopping communication system in a complex interference environment.Several complex interference environment scenarios are considered,namely fixed interference scenarios,dynamic interference scenarios and unknown interference scenarios.Under these interference scenarios,the performance simulation comparison of non-decision and intelligent decision-based systems is carried out.The results show that when the intelligent decision engine can obtain system environment information comparatively accurately and timely,the decision-based system has better anti-interference ability than the non-decision-making system,and at the same time,it can improve the power efficiency to a certain extent.
