Radar plays an important role in the modern military field.Due to the high cost,the long development period,and the constraints of diversified tasks,diversified targets,and complicated environment,there is an increasing demand for safe,efficient,and reusable radar system simulation technology.However,the current radar system is developing towards a large-scale and multi-functional trend.The traditional radar system simulation software is difficult to meet the demand because it has a simple function and is difficult to expand.Therefore,this thesis constructs a set of fully functional,reusable,and extensible radar simulation system,and conducts research on the data processing technology to improve the radar performance.The specific research content is as follows:(1)Analyze the requirements of the radar system and combine related technologies to modularize the structure of the simulation system to reduce the complexity of the system design.The overall design plan of the radar simulation system is given,and the module of target movement,signal processing,data processing,identification and kill evaluation in the system is modeled and analyzed in detail.(2)The composition of each module in the radar simulation system is refined,including module functions and external interfaces.And based on the reusable encapsulation principle,the encapsulation structure class of the module is designed in C++ language to form the model library of the simulation system.Under the QT platform,the radar simulation system is built based on the radar simulation system design plan and the developed model library.The display control interface is designed to realize the simulation scene setting and simulation result statistics function.(3)Research on the data processing technology in the radar simulation system.For scenarios where there are multiple radar measurements,data fusion technology is applied in the simulation system to improve the tracking accuracy of the radar.When the target has mobility and there is a non-linear relationship between the measured value and the target motion state,the extended Kalman filter based on interactive multiple model is used to achieve stable tracking of the non-linear measurement of the maneuvering target.The above algorithm is modeled and analyzed,and the reliability of the algorithm is verified from the simulation results.(4)In order to improve the tracking performance of the radar simulation system in multi-target scenarios,the multi-target tracking algorithm based on random finite set is further studied.Aiming at the problem of non-Gaussian target state and measurement nonlinearity,the probability hypothesis density filter implemented by sequential Monte Carlo is studied,and modeling and simulation are carried out.This algorithm can overcome the complex data association defects in traditional multi-target tracking algorithms,and still maintain good estimation performance in a non-linear environment with high clutter density.
